Product Introduction:

The boiler adopts a Chinese menu, LCD display, and automatic control, which can achieve fully automatic operation. Users only need to set the operating parameters and time, and the boiler can automatically start, stop, and run. For boilers with less than 4 tons of hot water, button operation is used, and for boilers with 4 tons or more, 7-inch touch screen operation is used.
The furnace body is optimized and designed using professional computer graphics software, ensuring good water circulation and low water flow resistance;
The heat transfer coefficient of the heating surface inside the furnace has been completely optimized, greatly improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler operation. Compared with similar products, the thermal efficiency is 5% to 10% higher;
This boiler is a fire tube boiler, and each smoke tube is equipped with an air diffuser, which greatly increases the time for the heat generated by gas combustion to act in the boiler, thereby improving the efficiency of boiler thermal energy conversion and achieving the goal of improving boiler thermal efficiency;
The insulation of the boiler body is made of double-layer glass wool material, which has good insulation performance and reduces gas consumption from another perspective, improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
Outsourcing uses color board packaging, which is beautiful, generous, and durable, and is a common industrial grade packaging material.

1. The calorific value of fuel is calculated according to the following standards: diesel calorific value of 42900 KJ/kg (i.e. 1024 kcal/Nm3), natural gas calorific value of 36000 KJ/Nm3 (i.e. 8600 kcal/Nm3), and city gas calorific value of 16000 KJ/Nm3 (i.e. 3800 kcal/Nm3)
2. If the gas source is coal gas, please provide the calorific value of the gas, the range of gas supply pressure, and altitude when placing an order.
3. The fuel consumption is the full load consumption of the boiler, and the actual consumption will vary depending on the operating conditions.
